Glory be to the living God, another wonderful chance to share with you guys a beautiful wedding that Gathoni & I shot some time ago.
Jean & Austin came to see us sometime in the past year. We talked a lot about their wedding and their vision for what they wanted for their wedding day. We were elated that they chose to go with us on their wedding and we were really pumped up for the wedding of our lives….
Here’s how it all went down…
Ceremony :: All Saints Cathedral
Reception :: Jockey Club of Kenya
Photo-session :: Dari Restaurant & Coffee Gardens
Gown :: Mementos, Ngong Road
Hair :: Dash ‘n’ Dash Beauty Salon (Veteran House (5th Floor), Moi Avenue)
Tents & Chairs :: Outdoor Occasions
Cake :: Daphne’s Delights
Make Up :: Merco’s Salon (Lyric House, Kimathi Strt)
Cinematography :: Faimus Productions
Jean’s + the maids’ gowns hang just outside the house where the bridal prep was going on
Meanwhile Austin & the guys were taking their breakfast just before they got ready
Loved the shoes peeping amongst the green pumpkin leaves
Loved the maids’ shoes…their selection was an absolute win!!!
I am a big fan of brick walls…and they really set the stage for some awesome detail shots
Meanwhile at Austin’s house….

Love children’s books…you can never outgrow a good Santa story
Loved Jean’s bouquet, it was a beautiful cocktail of flowers, we should be seeing this in more Kenyan weddings
Jean’s mum is assisted to get her head wrap in its rightful place
The maids help Jean fit in to her mermaid gown
Faith & I took this two similar shots at both Austin & Jean’s location without even planning it 🙂 This two becoming one just got real!!
Jean on that high fashion vibe
After we were done with the prep it was time for some fun portraits
It was an iPhone fest….and everybody was all hung up on getting a portrait of the beautiful bride

The maids head to their rides, before we leave for the ceremony location
All Saints Cathedral in all its regal glory
The maids walk in, in one single awesome file!!!
And then we all held our breath as the beautiful bride walked down the aisle

And all cameras were pointed at the wonderful spectacle, not a moment was to be missed
Austin has one of the warmest smile ever, and he flashed it often 🙂
