Daisy & Per had a small beautiful private wedding a few weeks back, and we were privileged to be selected as the photographers for the day. Daisy & Per now live in Denmark and it was a wonderful pleasure to document their beautiful wedding…

Muthoni Njoba’s tools of trade…she outdid herself with Daisy’s make-up. Good work Muthoni
At Daisy’s home they happened to have their names stuck on the wall with wooden carvings of some sort 🙂 We hang her cute heels on Per’s name 🙂
Loved her pearls!
Muthoni working it!
The effect that she put on Daisy’s eyes was called smokey eyes…or something of that sort…I loved it all the same 🙂
Daisy loving the effect…too lovely!
Hahaha…loved this image much!
That iPad moment!
While on the other hand…Per was really pulling up his socks, just In case he got Cold feet!
Their cute little daughter was asleep and the rings were put right there in her cot 🙂
Soon she was up & all the fun began! Loved this shot!
Finally, Daisy got into her beautiful gown
And she looked simply beautiful!
The bridal pins get set
Her cocktail bouquet was too lovely, for once I saw a Kenyan bride rocking one
Finally Daisy left her matrimonial home for one final time
Back at the ceremony venue Per was committing the vows to memory
Too cute 🙂 Father & daughter…
The maids looked lovely in yellow
Smile don’t you know God loves you…I love me some nursery rhymes 🙂
True, gentlemen & class do go together
Precious moment when both Per & Daisy tear during the vows
The chemistry!!!! Eish!
The page boys looking all fresh & clean
Caught this special private moment between the two
Loved this shot, it was so beautiful & timeless
One beautiful family indeed
Those bouquets…I was on a shooting spree
Many happy moments
After the church was done we cut across town from South B all the way to Karen Blixen Museum, though at least it was an evening wedding so we had the luxury of time
We were off to a rocking start!
Daisy’s long cathedral veil was put to some good use 🙂
Uniformity’s the word
And the lived happily ever after….:)
Per’s sister was one of the groomsmen 🙂 that was really creative for me…I also loved the whole broken suite thingy…that was a 1st!
Per looking handsome
They really worked that construction ladder good!
Loved that antique tractor much
If this is not love then I don’t know what is 🙂
And it was a wrap, Karen Blixen Museum is a wonderful location especially for late afternoon shoots…too bad they did not allow us any indoor shots.
After this we left for the reception which was going down just nearby at the Coffee Garden
At the reception, all was in high gear. It was a small 150 guest evening reception & the decor was impeccable!
The restaurant set-up was done so beautifully, Faith & I were really taking notes for our wedding. And the Chiavari chairs were the cherry on top!
The cocktail glasses were wonderfully arranged, the staff at the coffe garden, do know their work
Each table had two of these !!!!
The cakes just keep getting more & more grandeur with every wedding
Daisy & Per did an African themed outfit for the reception, I loved Daisy’s red gown the most
And the dancing began
There were ice buckets all over and the guests really indulged
And the buffet dinner was served, our favourite part of the day 🙂
And we indulged
The maids changed too to blue African attire which was absolutely gorgeous, they also did a surprise dance to our amusement
One of the maids does a moving toast to the couple
Finally the beautiful cake was cut
And we all shared a toast to signify the beginning of a wonderful life together
Finally, Daisy did her final change of attire & thanked the guests personally as they embraced them & received their gifts.
Finally at some minutes past 11pm, we called it a night, tired albeit glad that we had been privy to such a beautiful union of marriage.
Faith & I wish you guys the very best that life has to offer & may God bless your union till death shall you pass…
Here is a small slideshow that I created
Lots of hugs,
