I give God the glory that He favoured me to shoot this wonderful wedding. And I give all the glory to God for what we were able to achieve on this beautiful day.
This was one of the weddings I wished would never ever end. It was simple and so so beautiful, Wambui & Bryan both live and work in South Africa, and they decided to come home and have their dream wedding back here in Kenya. It was a private ceremony at the beautiful Barney’s Restaurant in Nanyuki airfield. What I loved most about the wedding was the fact that it was different, unique and quite a buffet of emotions, many times at the wedding I forgot to shoot and was overcome with a lot of emotion. It was a wedding like no other, and sure, is Faith’s & I dream wedding. Here is their wonderful love story…
Took some shots of the details, Wambui’s shoes & bouquet as she fitted into her dress
Yep, Wambui getting her groove on
The maids getting their own make-up on too
Wambui with the maid-of-honour who also happens to be a sister, really cute
The handsome groom awaits his bride
Bryan & Wambui exchange their vows
Some sister love
An emotional moment
Wambui sings to Bryan
A sweet private moment between the two
Signing the life-certificate

It was soon time to serve some lunch

Next were the speaches and there were many emotional moments as the people who had carved & shared in their lives shared their stories
Oh what a priceless moment, especially Bryan’s little sister looking on
LOL! @Bryan and that cake
Wambui surprised Bryan with a wrapped gift
Bryan’s reaction was so real & precious when he realised that Wambui had had their favourite photo painted on canvas
Next around 4:30pm we hit it out to the airfield for some funky portraits
This was super-creative for the brides maids
You can never get those jumping shots wrong
Catch me if you can 🙂
Right shot at that precise moment, every single ladies dream catch 🙂
Wooooot! that was some hotttt! bride!!!
Next we did some couple portraits….and oh wasn’t it any photographers dream backdrop
Hope you enjoyed this wedding as much as we did…would love to read your sentiments on the same am sure Wambui & Bryan would love to hear too.
All in all we give glory to God for such a simple and wonderful union of two souls and wish them God’s blessing & care on the journey of life that lies ahead of them.
